What Is Organic Gardening?

In organic gardening you do not use chemicals, fertilizers, weed killers, or pesticides. Most gardens use fertilizers that are loaded with chemicals and are used to treat the potting soil the vegetables are placed in. Usually at another time pesticides and weed killers are put on the vegetables while they are growing to kill the insects and weeds that are part of any garden.

If you include organic fruits you could have an all natural detox system. It could really make you feel better and improve your quality of life.
